FINAL THOUGHT ON THE HOME OFFICE
Well, I have planned out all the steps…. and now it is time to take action. I am slowly starting to see the vision I wrote about my ideal office. What I have learned with this experience is that is good to be vulnerable, to show that the professional struggles with organizing as well. I am not perfect and I don’t need to act like it.
Also, don’t get frustrated if what you set up doesn’t work. It is ok, and if you need to tweak the systems then tweak. You may have taken all the action steps, but what we can always count on is change, so embrace the changes!
