I MADE THE GOALS, NOW WHAT?

You have the goals, but how do you keep track of all the tasks that need to be accomplished, so you can acheive those goals?

There are many ways to do this and you may need to experiment on the best way for you, but I will give you my method and maybe that will help.

First, at the beginning of each month, I look at my goals and decide from there what my monthly goals will be that will support me getting to my annual goals. After you figure out those goals, give each a date within one the weeks that you will work on that goal. For instance, goal A will be worked on during the week of 1/6/2008. I always give myself a Sunday date because that is when I do my planning session. Now you have a timeline for each week so when you go to your weekly planning session you will take Goal A and plan which day you will be working on that goal.

All this planning will take you 30 minutes at the beginning of each month and a few minutes at the beginning of each week. However it is a habit and will need your nurturing to fuse it into your life so be patient and get planning!
