What are you priorities?
Have you started your holiday activities yet? Adding more “to dos” on your list can really kill your routine. So, first take a deep breath, get out a piece of paper and decide what your priorities will be for the next two months. Now, I am not talking about your action items, you know you will get those done, but how are you going to feel while doing those items? Will you be eating on the run, letting your exercise routine go to the bottom of the list? STOP! Jot down a routine that will give you what you need while you are accomplishing your objectives.
YOU are the first priority! Schedule your down time, your exercise time, your pampering time first. Then you can fit in all those other action items that just must be done. You wouldn’t NOT show up for your child’s doctor’s appointment, so be sure to show up for those appointments with yourself. As my dear Arbonne friend, Heidi has on her e-mail signature: “Take excellent care of you so you can take excellent care of them”.
