About the Personal Training Process
We can work at your home or at mine; I have a state of the art gym in my lower level.
Your privacy and your preferences are of the utmost importance. My program development promises to be fun, creative and ever changing so you are never bored and always challenged as your needs change.
Want to work out with a friend? I can do that too, In fact if you get 2 more friends together I would love to develop a progressive weight training triad to help you and your friends define those muscles.
I also love to run, however, I am more a tortoise than I a hare and I have not found many running programs that really market to the woman who likes to run but may not be very fast or the woman who wants to run but doesn’t know where to start. I am planning on starting a group for us tortoises, please contact me if interested.
Personal Training Qualifications
- I became an American Fitness and Aerobic Association (AFAA) Personal Trainer in 2003 and am also certified to work with children.
- I have also run one marathon, numerous half marathons and have completed 2 sprint triathalons.
- I know the struggle of weight loss. I have been there, lost the weight and unfortunately, found it again. Currently I am working on making permanent changes in my lifestyle and I would be honored if you joined me on this journey.
